The Design Process
From concept to completion, each phase is tailored to the scope of your project and timeline.
The Consultation
& Proposal
Every job begins with an in-home working design consultation where we discuss your ideas, needs, must-haves and some possiblities.
Photos and measurements are taken.
A detailed proposal is then presented to you with my scope of services, breakdown of phases and design fee.
Design, Sourcing
& Presentation
The planning, designing and sourcing phases begin.
A full presentation will be given for each design scheme. Finishes, samples, pictorials, design concept boards and drawings as needed for the project will be presented.
Inital pricing and budgeting will be discussed.
A meeting with your general contractor will take place during this phase to discuss the proposed design, budget and timeline.
Final Plans, Orders Placed
& Construction
Together will will fine tune the plans and make final decisions. Once orders are placed we will work on additonal design decisions.
Detailed workorders for custom products will be created while orders, deliveries and installations are expedited.
While the demo and constructionbegins we will work on additonal design decisions. We work closely with the general contractor to ensure the product orders and construction are insync. Site visits and meetings along the way will ensure the design plan is being carried out.

Final Plans, Orders Placed
& Construction
Once the renovation has been completed we will do a walk-through with the General Contractor.
The finishing touches are the icing on the cake! Accessories, rugs, and artwork will add personality and character to reflect your style.
Staging and photos are the final step to any deisgn job and will allow me to showcase the creativity, quality of workmanship and your beauitfully designed space.
Lastly your new space will make you smile as you enter it and will be to enjoyed for years to come!
