First Floor Renovation, Windsor, CT

A 1990's colonial style home renovation that went from drab and dated to bright and beautiful! This couple had dreams of taking down walls and creating a large open space for entertaining. The overall design scheme is transitional, warm and inviting and offers a ton of creative storage. The cool whites and pops of blue are warmed by the neutral colors and wood-tones.

The kitchen is the hub of the home and this expansive island creates a space for cooking, casual dining and gathering. There is plenty of space in the deep drawers for all the cookware and mixing bowls.
